`WOW Service Experience  Went on course at NACli for the second day of training for the WOW Service Learning Experience, after only 2 hours of sleep the previous night, it's really a wonder that I could keep myself from dozing off in class. All thanks to the expertise of the trainer, Linda Tan, for keeping the class so lively and engaging. At the end of the training, we were asked to cite what we'd learn from the 2-days training. I quoted that I was very impressed with the enthusiasm and pride displayed by the OBS group , one could really feel the PASSION, commitment and Job Satisfaction the team had for their jobs. Then, had a short discussion with the trainer on whether the way this class was conducted was effective. There were feedback that there were too many role plays, Musrin mentioned that the focus were more on customer service, thus, would be good to separate the class by the job scopes. Jacqueline from OBS cited that certain topics were not new too them, and queried on how much Linda knows about OBS. When home, spent a few hours looking into the registrations of the various classes for this course, resheduled the sessions in such a way that the contexts of the course would be relavant to the attendees. `Training at NACLi  Today, I attended the "WOW Service Experience for Manager" at NACLi, trainer - Ms Linda Tan was superb in delivering her training to us. A very eloquent speaker with experience, and skills to train staff- highly recommended. Enjoyed the class alot, cos it brought back good old memories at the CDC. After class, went back to office - a wrong move lah....cos many "dumb" cases surfaced and it's so damn disheartening. Really need to have a meeting to sort out our training processes.. `Updates  Woah...looking back at the last posting, it's been almost 4 months since I blogged... I must have been extremely bz lah. Nites burnt, weekend burnt....pimples and acne "popping" up ......arggh!!! But life still has to move on, work still need to be done.....  Currently, to keep myself sane...I would surf the net for Jiro's news, send in dedications to 933, download Jiro's pics....yes! this is very motivating !!! Trying very hard to memorize Fahrenheit's albums....sometimes wonder why my memory is so short......age is catching up lah!!Labels: My Diary |
