`WOW Service Experience

Went on course at NACli for the second day of training for the WOW Service Learning Experience, after only 2 hours of sleep the previous night, it's really a wonder that I could keep myself from dozing off in class. All thanks to the expertise of the trainer, Linda Tan, for keeping the class so lively and engaging.

At the end of the training, we were asked to cite what we'd learn from the 2-days training. I quoted that I was very impressed with the enthusiasm and pride displayed by the OBS group , one could really feel the PASSION, commitment and Job Satisfaction the team had for their jobs.

Then, had a short discussion with the trainer on whether the way this class was conducted was effective. There were feedback that there were too many role plays, Musrin mentioned that the focus were more on customer service, thus, would be good to separate the class by the job scopes. Jacqueline from OBS cited that certain topics were not new too them, and queried on how much Linda knows about OBS.

When home, spent a few hours looking into the registrations of the various classes for this course, resheduled the sessions in such a way that the contexts of the course would be relavant to the attendees.

It's been a long day.............
